Brigham City is a small, progressive city, with a population of approximately 18,500 located in Box Elder County approximately 60 miles north of Salt Lake City on the I-15 corridor. Brigham City has recently completed a strategic planning process known as Vision 2012. Vision 2012 includes a number of Economic Development Goals.
